What is Same Moon Supply Co.?
Same Moon Supply Co. is a purpose-driven brand and growing community built around a simple idea:
Same People. Different Battles. Same Moon.
We create clothing, accessories, and other products carrying messages of hope, recovery, perseverance, mental-health awareness, second chances, and human connection.
But the products are only the beginning.
Our long-term mission is to use the growth of Same Moon to build resources, partnerships, opportunities, and programs that can make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Why is it called Same Moon?
The name comes from the idea that no matter where we are, what we've been through, or what we're fighting, we can look up and see the same moon.
For founder Erik, it also has a personal meaning. A conversation beneath the night sky during one of the darkest periods of his addiction helped begin the chain of events that eventually led him toward recovery.

What does the open circle in the Same Moon logo mean?
It's intentionally incomplete.
The open circle represents something we believe about people: none of us are finished.
We're all incomplete. We all have flaws, scars, struggles, and parts of ourselves we're still working on.
The circle doesn't need to be closed to have meaning—and neither do we need to be perfect to have value.
Is Same Moon only for people struggling with addiction or mental health?
No.
Those experiences are an important part of our story, but Same Moon is for everyone.
Addiction. Depression. Anxiety. Grief. Trauma. Recovery. Financial struggles. Family problems. Loneliness. Starting over. Or simply having a terrible day.
Different people carry different things.
That's the point.
Different stories. Different scars. Same Moon.
Is Same Moon a religious organization?
No. Same Moon welcomes people regardless of religion or belief.
Faith is part of our founder's personal recovery story, and we won't hide that part of where we came from. But you don't have to share those beliefs to belong here.
There is room under the Same Moon for everyone.
Orders & Products
Where are your products made?
Same Moon works with production partners to create and fulfill many of our products. This allows us to offer a growing collection without maintaining a massive warehouse or producing unnecessary inventory.
Because products can be produced by different fulfillment partners, production and shipping details may vary by item.
How do I know what size to order?
Check the sizing information provided on the individual product page before ordering.
Different shirts, hoodies, and other apparel can fit differently, so we recommend checking the size chart for the specific product you're purchasing rather than assuming every Same Moon item fits exactly the same.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Production and delivery times can vary depending on the product, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Once tracking becomes available for your order, you'll be able to follow its progress.
Will everything in my order arrive together?
Not necessarily.
Because Same Moon offers different types of products that may be fulfilled by different production partners or locations, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
Don't panic if one package arrives before another. Check the tracking information associated with your order for the latest updates.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you've made a mistake or need to request a change.
Because many products move into production after an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once production has begun.
We'll always check what options are still available.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us through our Contact Us page and include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue.
We'll review what happened and work with you on the appropriate next step.
What is your return or refund policy?
Return and refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the order.

What does “Join the Family” mean?
It means you don't have to buy something to belong here.
Same Moon is building a community where people can share stories, celebrate victories, talk about struggles, encourage each other, and hopefully remind somebody that they're not walking through life by themselves.
Our Facebook community is one of the main places we're building that connection.
Can I share my story with Same Moon?
Absolutely.
Your story doesn't have to be inspirational, polished, or finished.
Maybe you're celebrating years of recovery.
Maybe today is day one.
Maybe you're grieving.
Maybe you failed yesterday and got back up this morning.
Maybe someone else's story helped you and now you want yours to help the next person.

Can Same Moon help me find resources?
You can reach out to us.
We'll listen and, when we're able, help point you toward organizations or resources that may be better equipped to provide what you need.
However, Same Moon Supply Co. is not currently a medical provider, mental-health provider, addiction-treatment facility, or crisis-response service.
We're building toward something much larger, but we won't pretend to provide services today that we aren't qualified or equipped to provide.
What if I'm in crisis right now?
Please don't wait for a response from Same Moon.
Same Moon messages and contact forms are not monitored as an emergency service.

Where does the money from Same Moon go?
Today, Same Moon Supply Co. is a growing small business, and revenue helps cover the real costs required to operate and grow it—including products, fulfillment, technology, marketing, business expenses, and building the brand and community.
Our long-term goal is much larger.
As Same Moon grows, we want that growth to help us build partnerships, resources, opportunities, and eventually programs capable of directly supporting people who are rebuilding their lives.
We don't want to claim we're doing something before we're actually doing it.
We want to build it responsibly and show people what Same Moon becomes along the way.
What is the Same Moon Ambassador Program?
Our Ambassador Program gives people who genuinely believe in the Same Moon message an opportunity to help spread it.
Ambassadors can share Same Moon with their communities and may earn commission from eligible purchases made through their referral links or codes.
You don't need to be famous or have thousands of followers.
We're much more interested in real people sharing a real message.

Buying something helps—but purchasing isn't the only way to support this mission.
