Production & Fulfillment

Every Same Moon Supply Co. item is made to order. Because our products are produced specifically for each order, processing and production time may vary by product and fulfillment location.

Shipping & Delivery

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on the products in your order and your delivery address. Delivery estimates begin after production is complete.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Split Shipments

If you order more than one item, your products may be produced at different fulfillment facilities and may arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is split into multiple shipments.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, production delays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, contact us at samemoonsupply@gmail.com and we will help investigate the shipment.
