Refund policy

Returns

Every item is made to order and printed after you place your order. Because nothing is pre-made or restocked, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size ordered. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right. Email samemoonsupply@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We’ll send a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund if you’d rather have that.

Lost packages

If tracking says delivered and you don’t have it, check with your household and your carrier first, then email us and we’ll open a claim.

Wrong address

If an order comes back to us because the address was entered incorrectly, we can reship once you cover the shipping cost. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days beyond that.
