Same Moon Supply Co. is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products. Colors, dimensions, positioning, and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, manufacturing processes, printing methods, and the made-to-order nature of many of our products.

Product descriptions, prices, designs, availability, and specifications may be changed without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities when appropriate.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, fulfillment limitations, or other operational issues.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.

Because many of our products are made to order, cancellation or modification may not be possible after production begins. Please review your order, size selection, and shipping address carefully before submitting it.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy available through the policies section of our store.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The amount charged will be the amount presented during checkout at the time your order is submitted.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added during checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment and billing information and to pay all charges associated with orders you submit.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping, fulfillment, tracking, split shipments, address issues, and delivery estimates are governed by our Shipping Policy.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Same Moon Supply Co. is powered by Shopify, which provides technology that enables us to operate our online store. Purchases made from our store are transactions between you and Same Moon Supply Co. LLC, not Shopify.

Shopify is not the seller of products offered by Same Moon Supply Co. except where Shopify expressly states otherwise.

SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAME MOON SUPPLY CO. LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
